VistaPrint needs some help

So I ordered some letterhead and envelopes from VistaPrint about 2 months ago. I know that they have really good quality and that there are some quirks to their system… such as there is ZERO QA when it comes to their printing and you basically have to get them to reprint your order if there is ever an issue such as color etc. I have gotten business cards done and 1 set will be perfect and the other will be TOTALLY washed out. You just can’t beat their price for 4/c anything. It is worth the back-and-forth. They have been really nice about getting the order reprinted and would usually 2-day them regardless of your original shipping method.

the letterhead turned out nice but the envelopes were shifted and the bleed didn’t bleed like it was suppose to. I normally call but this time I decided just to submit my compliant via their email form since I don’t really need the letterhead until I do a mail out sometime end of April.

So I get the standard “Thank you for your email” auto-response but didn’t hear anything back from them. I didn’t think much about it since i have been busy on other things and then 2 days ago I get this email:

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting VistaPrint, the online solution for “Best Printing. Best Price.”

The letterhead looks great but the envelopes are about an 1/8th of an inch off. The flap was suppose to have a bleed and does in the document but there is a white line along the left side when it was printed. Please reprint the envelopes.

Ok so that was the entire email… something look funny to you? Yeah the email they claim to not have is at the bottom of their email. Um ok. So you weren’t able to recover my email yet you were able to reply with it? WTF?

yeah… someone needs to smack them upside the head.

Does anyone have an email address for support at VistaPrint. Not to offend anyone, but everytime I call their toll free number, I get someone who can’t understand me, or who I can’t understand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.
I ordered 1000 envelopes 8-9 months ago, everything looked pretty nice. I just tried to place an order for another 1000 and their system says I need to upload design for front and back in 2 files. I downloaded their template, it’s all in one file. Have you ever had problem like this? I called them and lady tried to tell me that my file is over 5mb and that’s why. I knew this is not a problem but just to have it done, I uploaded 3mb jpeg and she said it’s not the right size. I AM USING THEIR TEMPLATE FILES, do you guys have any idea how to do it? I need to order like 5-6 envelope designs for my clients……. brrr

After dealing with VistaPrint and having some unsatisfactory results, I switched to http://www.paperdirect.com and couldn’t be happier with the service. I now use PaperDirect for all of my business card and brochure paper needs. Selection is great, prices are competitive, and most importantly, the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend you check them out.

Vista print now seems to be employing a circular customer support service that does not entail any human interaction at all. The toll free number directs you to submit a help request via email online, but the website has NO email addresses available and just directs you back to the toll free number! What the heck??

Recently, I was hit with unauthorized charges to my credit card from a company which serves in vistaprint’s rewards program. The company was Passport to Fun. I emailed PTF about these charges and they have removed me from membership. However, they have not refunded my money as yet. They claim that I clicked a banner ad on vistaprint’s website, and this click is what gave vistaprint authorization to release my credit card info to PTF, who in turn, began billing me for their bogus membership. I have since contacted vistaprint by phone and informed them that I will be moving my business elsewhere due to this very misleading rewards program–thing, whatever the hell it is. The vistaprint rep., I spoke with was nonplussed over my complaint. When I told him that vistaprint should reconsider how it does business and that they were losing mine, he had a glassy eyed, stoic, one word response: “sorry.” That was pretty much the end of our conversation. I will never do business with them again.

I am completely UNSATISFIED with vistaprint. I have been using them for a year and things were great until I had to get a hold of someone to try to changing the shipping time from standard to rush. When I put my order in, the system did not give me any options.
NO help email, no customer service representative, their toll free number is a JOKE. Ive sent 3 of my friends to them and Im telling everyone not to order from them anymore. Im switching printing companies. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I found it impossible to get taken off Vistaprint’s emailing list via their website. But, I managed to do so by emailing direct to Tara Gayle, of their UK Customer Service, at UKCustomerCare@vistaprint.com and she assured me by return that this has been done
