		<description>Yeah this was actually the perfect pan because it is one of those broiling pans that has slots in it and drains to the lower part. No splatter grease and you have non soggy crispy bacon.


But this was really just a joke alluding to the Mike Doughty song &quot;More bacon then the pan can handle&quot;

		<description>No way - it&#039;s the best way to do it.  Less cleanup and it tastes better too.  

Also a good way to do meatballs.</description>
